The 2018 Ford F-150 uses a recommended 5W-20 or 5W-30 oil, depending on the engine type. The 2.7L engine takeS5W-30 at a capacity of 6 quarts, while the 3.0L takes same oil at 6.4 quarts. The 3.3L uses A5W-20 instead, ad holds up to 6.3 quarts. It is in Your engine's best interest to always use the recommended oil. This will give Your car a longer life, and You will enjoy superior performance. Getting this routine maintenance done will normally cost between $100 and $145, depending on where You get it done. It takes less than an hour to be completed, and You should always go in every 3500 to 5000 miles to stay on top of this.
