It appears that some other commenters here may be mistaken, because I can find no evidence that any model year of the Chevrolet Traverse offers push button start functionality. They may be mistaken because it does indeed include remote start, but will require a physical key (and not just a key fob) in the ignition before it will engage. While push button start might seem like a great idea (and it's certainly a way to impress Your friends), it actually introduces another component into the system that can fail. And fail they do, as it's one of the most common complaints on the majority of vehicles that offer it. So take it as a good thing, in the end, that Your Chevrolet Traverse won't have it.

The first Chevy Traverse that had the push start feature came out in 2018.

Yes the traverse has a push button start/stop available in all of it's vehicles.
