Torsion bars are important components that help with handling in all-weather conditions, so it's understandable if You want to know whether or not Your 2007 Chevrolet Silverado is fitted with them. The short answer is "it depends". General Motors fitted the 2007 Chevrolet Silverado with torsion bars that run from the front a-arms to under the back of the transmission, but only on all wheel drive models. The two wheel drive models of the 07 Silverado come with coil over shocks, which serve a similar purpose, but to a lesser extent. Therefore, You'll only have torsion bars if Your Silverado is fitted with 4WD, which is a majority of the Silverado configurations. Chances are likely that Your truck has them.

The 2007 Chevrolet Silverado has front torsion bars. The torsion bars help in off-road conditions.

The previous two answers are not entirely correct.. While MOST 2007 Silverado will have the torsion bar set up.. Those equipped with the Z71 suspension will not. It will have a coil/strut front suspension set up, commonly mistaken for a coilover.. I've owned both types..
