The 2011 Chevy Impala does have bluetooth. You will come into issues with the sound. The source could be from the stereo's speakers or a phone that is connected to the vehicle. Whatever the source, You will have to have these issues solved quickly. If the problems are from the stereo's speakers, it could be static sounds, randomly turns off, a loose wire, or a blown fuse. If the problems are coming from the phone, it could be that the software won't update, the device will not sync with the vehicle, the phone's battery is almost dead, or an object is blocking the signal.

The Chevy 2011 Impala can have Bluetooth by wirelessly connecting your phone through OnStar. There should be a button on your steering wheel for the phone you push to pair your device. Someone people have reported not being able to connect. To confirm your vehicle has Bluetooth by Phone capability, check the RPO sticker in the truck and look for the code "UPF".
