Whether a 2014 Toyota Camry has a backup camera depends on when it was made. Check the sticker on the inside of the drivers door jam. If the car was made in November 2013 or before, it did not come with a camera. Starting in December 2013, Toyota began installing a rear-view monitoring system as a standard feature with the camera being located just above the rear license plate. The display automatically switches to show the rear view when the car is shifted into reverse. You should not rely solely on the camera while reversing, check all the mirrors and turn Your head to make sure Your path is clear. The camera will not show things that are close to the bumper corners.

Not all of them. I purchased a 2014 Camry L with a manufacture date of December 2013 and it does not have a back up camera.

All 2014 Camry (those built starting in December 2013) models, starting with the L, receive the rearview camera as standard.
