Unfortunately, Nissan didn't introduce Apple CarPlay into their Rogue line until 2018. The Rogue Sport followed in 2019. Therefore, Your 2015 model does not come equipped. However, if You're firmly entrenched in Apple's ecosystem, You'll be pleased to know that several aftermarket solutions still exist. Companies like Pioneer, Kenwood, and Alpine all manufacture head units connected with Apple CarPlay that fit vehicles as old as model year 2000. One of the drawbacks, however, is that they can be quite pricey -- You may be looking at up to $500. If You have a hard time convincing Yourself, think like Apple and see it as a safety upgrade; they claim that the user friendly interface keeps eyes on the road and off of phones, thus reducing the probability of accidents.

The 2015 Nissan Rogue does not come with Apple CarPlay. It is possible to upgrade with a current aftermarket stereo head unit to be able to receive Apple CarPlay and Andriod Auto.
