The 2017 Ford Expedition does not have adaptive cruise control, but it is available in the newer models. This Expedition has standard cruise control with the buttons to operate it on the left side of the steering wheel. The cruise control lets You set Your speed and maintain it while Your foot is off the gas pedal. It will only work when You speed is greater than 20 mph. You should not use it while in heavy traffic or on curvy roads. Its a bad idea to use the cruise control while driving on wet or icy roads. This could cause You to lose control and cause a bad accident. Press the ON button to turn cruise control on. Press the SET + button once You are at Your desired speed.

Adaptive cruise control requires many sensors in the front of the vehicle. It is not always offered and tends to be on higher trim levels when it is provided. The Expedition does not offer adaptive cruise control at any trim level in this year.
