Unfortunately, the Toyota Camry did not gain Apple CarPlay functionality until model year 2019; that means that Your 2017 model does not come with it from the manufacturer. However, several aftermarket options exist from the likes of Alpine, Kenwood, Pioneer, and others, which will fit CarPlay into vehicles as old as model year 2000, including Your '07 Camry. The price may been quite steep -- You'll be looking at around $500 for a head unit -- but if You're balking at the price, think of it as a safety upgrade. In fact, that's how Apple sees it; they market it to customers as an accident-preventing technology, since the user friendly interface keeps eyes off of phones and on the road, thereby preventing some avoidable accidents.

No, the 2017 Toyota Camry does not have Apple CarPlay.
Toyota has not jumped on the bandwagon with Apple CarPlay when it comes to the 2017 Camry. In fact, Toyota is barely rolling it out on select model for 2019 and will expand in 2020.
