The 2018 Dodge Journey does have navigation on most models, though it's only standard on the crossroads and gt trims. This is a part of the Dodge brands uconnect system, which is multi-use interface that is designed to allow You to link all of Your media devices with Your phone. It has an 8.2-inch touch display screen, which in addition to showing You navigation can be used as an internet browser, media hub, and app store. This will allow You to connect, via bluetooth many of Your current devices, such as Your phone or tablet. Comparable to such systems as Apple CarPlay the uconnect system has now become the standard package for all mid and high-level trims on Dodge brand vehicles.

My 2018 cave fully loaded and yet, no navigation system
I have a 2018 GT and i do not have navigation. I was looking into it and apparently i have to pay 400+ to get the code for the activation

Yes, the 2018 Dodge Journey does have navigation on most models, though it's only standard on the Crossroads and GT trims. The Journey's navigation function is part of the Dodge Uconnect system. Uconnect is a package option for the SXT model but is not available on the SE. UConnect's navigation operates with voice commands or the touchscreen's full color, high contrast display. UConnect also comes with Sirius Radio Travel Plus and Travel link. There's also an option to have the system monitor your driving. It's anonymous but participating will generate offers from insurance companies…maybe your own? It might be more of a marketing initiative than a vehicle feature, but it's there is you want it.
I also have the 2018 gt...no navigation or backup camera. Luckily, I got a great deal and will be adding the options.
