The 2019 Acura RDX does not come standard equipped with a CD player mounted in the center dashboard. This is usually due to the presence of a display screen for an infotainment system. With this system in place, You will be able to stream music using the controls on the display. The average cost of a CD player is between $80 and $240 for the part alone.

Acura does not offer a CD player as part of its infotainment system on the 2019 RDX.
We're uncomfortable with car manufacturers attempting to decide for us HOW we can/can't listen to music. We are retired college graduates with a HUGE collection of CD's. We like the 2023 RDX/MDX, but there are other choices for upscale/luxury compact SUV's, that still have CD players.
