You can follow the instructions given here to reset the 2017 Ram 2500 tire pressure sensor and You can start by turning the key to the "up" position without starting the engine. Click the reset button for tpms and hold it until three times the light pulses, then release it. Start the car and give 20 minutes for the machine to work. You should also ensure that the tyres are at the recommended PSI or the light will glow again, otherwise. You can drive the car over 50 mph for at least 10 minutes to repair the sensor if this does not work. The PSI is really critical for Your tires because it helps maintain the car's fuel economy at the acceptable level, but also helps to protect the tires' existence.

To reset the tpms on the 2017 ram 2500, press the tpms reset button and hold it down until the tire pressure light blinks a total of 3 times.

I just finished up rotating the tires on my 2017 2500---the computer automatically reseats the pressure sensors to their proper locations, you don't have to do anything but reset your tire pressure to the proper levels and then go for a ride!
