To reset the tire pressure monitoring system on the 2007 Kia Sorento You will first need to park in a safe space and make sure the tires are at the recommended pressure. The recommended tire pressure for the vehicle iS30 psi for both the front and the rear for the P245/65R17 and P245/70R16 tires. One way You can reset it is holding the down pressure warning reset switch until the light blinkS3 times. If that doesn't work You will need to use a scan tool to reset it. To do so You use the sensor in the following order: left front, right front, right rear and then left rear. Then turn the ignition to the on position without starting the vehicle and connect the tool to the OBDII port and upload the sensor IDs. Turn the ignition off and rescan each sensor and then drive the vehicle above 30 mph for at least 10 minutes and then it will be reset.

Everybody is writing "hold toms reset button which is located below steering wheel" ??? But where show a picture, or have anyone ever seen it??? It should be easily accessible and marked. Maybe nobody (writing) ever seen Sorento 2007?

To reset the low tire pressure sensor on the 2007 kia sorento you will hold down the pressure warning reset switch which is located under the steering wheel until you see the light blink three times.

In lieu of disconnecting the battery and draining the current entirely, use an obdII scanner and it will let you reset it like any other typical fault code.
