On Your 2008 Kia Sportage, You will hold down the pressure warning reset switch which is located under the steering wheel until You see the light blinks three times. The purpose of the TPMS in Your vehicle is to warn You that at least one or more tires are significantly under-inflated, possibly creating unsafe driving conditions. It's not safe to drive around with Your TPMS light illuminated. Without a tire inspection, there's no way of knowing how quickly air is leaving Your tire, or for how long it has been over or underinflated. Check Your tire pressure in all Your tires, and make sure Your tires are inflated to 30 psiAs recommended.

There is no supposed switch. Just take black electrical tape and cover the annoying light on the dash.
