To perform a TPMS reset on the 2010 Honda Insight, You will need to go to Your Home screen on the display and then to Settings. Then, select Your vehicle and select TPMS Calibration on the screen. Once You select that, select Calibrate when it appears. After You complete those steps, You should be good to go. If You want to double check if You completed the process correctly, turn Your ignition off and then on again. All should be good now, if not, repeat the steps above.

To reset the tire pressure monitor or tpms system in your 2010 honda insight vehicle, turn the ignition key to the "on" position and depress the tpms button, usually located under the dash, until the tpms light blinks several times. Start your vehicle and let it run for at least 20 minutes and your tpms system should be reset.

If you mean how to get the light to go off after you've had a low tire, fill it up and drive for 1/10 a mile or so and it will reset automatically. If you mean you need to load a new set of tpms sensor codes, like you have new rims with winter tires on them and need to switch, you need a tool to do so. I bought a ATEQ QuickSet for pretty cheap and it works well. It has instructions on how to load codes on your car. The Honda insight from 2010 and at least 2011 only stores one set of tire codes at a time, so you'll need to change them every season to keep them up to date and working.
