To reset the TPMS on Your 2012 Dodge Ram 1500, You will first need to make sure You have Your ignition set to the ON position. Make sure that You do not turn on the engine for this process until instructed. Now, hold onto the TPMS Reset button. As soon as You see the TPMS light blink three times, You can let go of the button. You can now start Your engine and leave it running for around 20 minutes or more but not less. You will then drive Your Ram around for 10 minutes at a speed of 50 mph or higher. After You've completed all steps, You're good to go back home. You can now turn off Your engine and Your TPMS light should now be reset.

To reset the tire pressure monitor or tpms system in your 2012 dodge ram 1500 turn the ignition key to the "on" position and depress the tpms button, usually located under the dash, until the tpms light blinks several times. Start your vehicle and let it run for at least 20 minutes and your tpms system should be reset.
