There's good news and bad news when it comes to resetting the bluetooth on a 2013 Dodge Charger. The bad news is that there's no way to just reset the bluetooth system -- You'll need to perform a total head unit reset, which will lead to the loss of any stored data. The good news is that Dodge makes the proceSSRelatively simple, so when You're ready to begin, it shouldn't take You more than a couple of minutes. First, You'll need to hold down both the hot and cold buttons on the driver's side EVIC simultaneously. After five seconds or so, You'll see the engineering menu appear. From this menu, You'll be able to perform either a soft or a hard radio reset; the hard will likely solve Your issue better, but is also guaranteed to nuke Your data. My recommendation is to try the soft reset first.

If the bluetooth is not working on the 2013 dodge charger then you may need to reset it, or it is getting interference from another signal. To reset it you can go through the options menu to delete connections and then reconnect the device.
