To rest the radio to it's factory settings for a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 truck You will first need to put the key in to the ignition and leave it on the ON position. Next You need to turn Your radio on and and wait for 10 seconds. Lastly You will need to turn the radio off then let go of the button and press it down again, holding it down until it resets. If this method does not work You will need to use the reset code that was provided to You by the dealership in the paperwork You were given when You purchased the vehicle.

To reset the radio in your 2014 dodge ram 1500 turn the ignition key to the "on" position and turn your radio on, wait ten seconds and then turn your radio off. Depress radio power button again and wait for reset. Alternatively, enter your dealer provided radio code to reset.
You're talking about holding the button down? Please explain. It's all on touch screen, how can I hold a button down for the radio for 10 seconds. I looked and tried just a minute ago in my truck and though how am I going to do what he is suggesting???
My radio (Dodge 1500) just quit having volume. Looks like all works. Always had problem with going to audio when I close the console, but push ‘radio” and all good. Other day just no sound. Did I push something? I done know. Has power and all looks good; just no sound
