When Your TPMS lights are on in Your 2015 Buick Enclave the first thing You should do is go and inspect Your tires. You will want to make sure that there are not any nails or screws in them that could be causing them to be low. When You have confirmed that there are no foreign objects in the tires then You can inflate them to the recommended specifications on the decal in the driver's side door jamb and reset the TPMS system. All You have to do is put the vehicle in the on position and press and hold the TPMS button that is located on the dash until You see the light blink three times. After that You can drive off and the new tire pressures will be learned by the system.

To reset the tire pressure monitor or tpms system in your 2015 buick enclave vehicle, turn the ignition key to the "on" position and depress the tpms button, usually located under the dash, until the tpms light blinks several times. Start your vehicle and let it run for at least 20 minutes and your tpms system should be reset.

There is not TPMS Reset button in the Enclave. To reset you need a reset tool ( YSDING EL-50448 OSC-T5 or VXDAS EL50448-GM ). Turn the key to ON (not start or run) then press and hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the remote fob until the horn beeps. The instrument panel will display "TIRE LEARNING ACTIVE". Hold the tool buy the air valve on the front left tire and press and hold the button on the tool until the horn beeps, then move the to front right tire and repeat the learn function, then do the Rear right, then the rear left. Once all 4 are learned the horn will beep once, pause and beep twice.

Separate tool March 24, 2024
There is no switch. You have to purchase a separate tpms calibration tool to reset the tires walking around the car to each tire. It costs about $10 on Amazon.
