There are a couple methods of resetting the radio in a 2015 Dodge Journey. The first You will need to put the key in the ignition and turn it to the on position. Next push and hold the volume and tune buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds. The radio will power off and restart, it will take a few minutes for it to load back up. This is known as a soft reset and will not delete any of Your preset settings. The other method click the Apps button on the screen then click the right arrow. Go to Settings and scroll down and click on Reset. Click on Restore Settings and click Ok to confirm when asked. This will restore the radio to the factory settings and delete any of Your saved settings.
