There are two different ways to reset the tire pressure sensors on the 2016 Ford Edge. The simplest way is to use an OBD-II scan tool with TPMS functionality. You'll need to apply the OBD module to DLC, turn the ignition to ON, press OK on the TPMS tool to transfer data to the ECU, disconnect the OBD module from DLC, turn the ignition to OFF, then start the engine. Drive for at least 5 minutes at 28 miles per hour or greater to complete. If You don't have an OBD-II, or if Your OBD-II isn't capable of TPMS procedures, that's okay too. Engage the parking brake and inflate all four tires. Make sure the ignition is OFF. Press and release the brake pedal, before turning the ignition from OFF to RUN three times, stopping in the RUN position. Press and release the brake pedal. Turn the ignition back to OFF. Repeat the ignition toggle above once more. You'll hear a single horn chirp that indicates that Your Edge has relearned the TPMS.

To reset the tire pressure monitor or tpms system in your 2016 ford edge vehicle, turn the ignition key to the "on" position and depress the tpms button, usually located under the dash, until the tpms light blinks several times. Start your vehicle and let it run for at least 20 minutes and your tpms system should be reset.
