To reset the tire pressure on the 2016 Toyota 4Runner You will need to park and make sure the tire pressure is at the correct level for all tires. The tire pressure should be 32 psi for the front and 32 psi for the rear tires for all tire sizes. Next with the parking brake applied, turn the vehicle to the on position without starting the engine. After doing all of that, find the tire pressure warning reset button and press and hold it until the tire pressure warning light blinkS3 times at one-second intervals. Turn the engine off and then start the vehicle. Drive the vehicle for at least 20 minutes over 16 mph and then park and turn the vehicle off and back on again.

The 2016 4Runner does NOT have aTPMS reset button, nor does it have a TPMS sensor on the spare tire. I found my light on, and checked all 5 tires, and found 3 with 32 and one with 27. The one with 27 was raised to 32 and after driving 1 block the light went out.

To reset the tire pressure monitor or tpms system in your 2016 toyota 4runner vehicle, turn the ignition key to the "on" position and depress the tpms button, usually located under the dash, until the tpms light blinks several times. Start your vehicle and let it run for at least 20 minutes and your tpms system should be reset.
