To perform the 2018 Dodge Journey uconnect reset is a simple task. All You need to do is hold down the volume up and the tune buttons at the same time. Hold them for about 10 seconds. You will hear a beep and the screen will go black. In about 20 seconds it will come back on. Leave it be for about 10 minutes as it goes through the reset procedure. Once it beeps again You will be done and it will be reset.

To reset the uconnect system in the 2018 dodge journey, push in the volume and tune buttons simultaneously and hold them down for about 10 seconds. The screen should be black. After a few seconds, the screen will begin to load back up.

Those buttons DONT exist. The volume is a knob and the tune is either a screen touch or a knob. None of the 3 can be "held down"
