To refill the power steering fluid in a 2013 Toyota Sienna, watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zme6y1oM-Ck Having good steering is crucial for changing lanes and moving about on the road. You will someday come across some problems though. The steering wheel may become stuck. It may turn to one side. Steering fluid may leak at one point. The rack mount can become faulty. The strut bearings may become bad. The steering pump might become loose and that will be disaster for your vehicle. The power steering fluid needs to be replaced every 75,000 miles. Along with changing fluids, you will hear noises from steering parts. A loose bearing will become irritable to the ear. A faulty bearing will make a nasty sound.

Verify you even have it. My 2012 Sienna has EPS (electric power steering) where it doesn't have or need fluid to be serviced/changed/refilled.

You can top up the power steering fluid in your 2013 toyota sienna by locating its reservoir under the hood for around 4 to 10 dollars a quart, or have your vehicle professionally flushed for $65 to $125.
