Verify you even have it. My 2012 Sienna has EPS (electric power steering) where it doesn't have or need fluid to be serviced/changed/refilled.

2013 Toyota Sienna takes a special automatic transmission fluid called Dexron III. Yes transmission fluid in to the power steering.
