According to Ford, You should be replacing the timing belt on the 2013 Fiesta every 150,000 miles, which is quite generous for a timing belt. You should be able to pick up a replacement for around $40. Before You begin, first remove the negative terminal from the battery. Next, sure the Fiesta is off the ground and secured. Disconnect the coolant expansion tank and power steering reservoir. Remove the splash guard protecting the crankshaft pulley. Loosen the four water pump pulley bolts with the drive belt still in place. Finally, remove the drive belt. Unscrew the coolant pump pulley bolts and remove the pulley, Remove the engine mounting brackets, and then lock the crankshaft into place with a plate. You should have access to be able to replace Your timing belt from here.
