To reboot the radio in a 2013 Ford F-150 You can first try pulling the associated fuse. In this case it is fuse number 2 in the passenger compartment. You are looking for the SYNC, Display module (8 inch) fuse. The passenger compartment is hidden behind a trim panel in the passenger side footwell. Simply pull the fuse waiting a few seconds then reinsert. The radio will boot back up and should function as normal. If You are wanting to reset the SYNC system itself You will need to unpair Your phone and car first via Your phone's bluetooth settings. Press the phone button on Your car display then use the arrows to navigate to Return and then Advanced. From here navigate to Master Reset and select OK. You will need to pair Your devices again once the reset is complete.
