How do i reset the ford c max tire mobility kit?

Your Ford C-Max has a tire repair kit in the back of it instead of a spare tire. In this repair kit is a small compressor and a canister of tire sealant. This tire sealant has an expiration date on the can and that will let You know when it expires and should not be used to fill Your tires. Your vehicle has a tire mobility kit service reminder, to remind You to change out the can of sealant for a new one when it expires. To reset this warning light You will need to go to the settings menu, then go to vehicle, then You can go to mobility kit. Select that and preSSReset and it will ask You for a date to enter. You should enter the date that the can expires to remind You to get a new one.

Go to settings, vehicle, mobility kit reset and choose the desired interval for the next indicator.

This only works on 13 to 16 cars, 17 and 18 cars you have to go in and set theyear to 4 years

The replacement canister can be purchased from Amazon, or Ford. I don't know if the prices are the same or different.
