To reset the tire pressure sensor on the 2010 Toyota Prius first You need to make sure You are parked in a safe spot. Next You need to make sure the tire pressure is at the right level for all the tires. For the Prius it should be at 35 psi for the front tires and 33 psi for the rear tires. After doing all that You need to find the tpms reset button which is located next to the obd port which is above the brake pedal and below the steering wheel. Press and hold the tpms reset button until the low pressure light blinks three times. Let the engine run for about 20 minutes and then turn the vehicle off and back on again.
