The oil capacity on the 2016 Subaru Impreza is a total of 5.1 US quarts. If You're also curious about what type of oil to use on Your Impreza, look no further. The oil type used on Your car is SAE 0W-20. Make sure that You search for the API certification on the label of the bottle of oil You want to purchase. If You cant find that type of oil then You can either use SAE 5W-30 or 5W-40. If You do decide to use those two just remember to change the oil back to SAE 0W-20 when You take it to get replaced. A word of advice from me is to check the level at least once a week and top off if needed.
