The type of oil You need to use on Your 2010 Dodge Charger depends on the size of the engine that Your own. The 2.7L and 5.7L engines require an oil viscosity of SAE 5W-20. You can also find that oil type needed on Your Charger right on the engine oil cap. The 3.5L engine requires a viscosity of SAE 10W-30. If You are interested in using synthetic oils, well, You can use those too as long as You have the right viscosity for Your type of engine.
