To connect a phone via bluetooth to a 2013 Ford F-150, first make sure the phone and the Sync My Ford radio is powered on. Push the PHONE button, on the left side of the screen, its the second one up from the bottom in the left most column. Now press the OK button, below the screen and between the VOL and TUNE dials. The Sync system will tell You to press the OK button to begin pairing a device, press it again. The system will let You know it is searching for Your device and will display a SRxDigit PIN code that You need to enter into Your phone through the bluetooth settings. Once the code is entered and You hit ok on Your phone the pairing will be complete.

You need to get the codes from the factory and then have them sync up with the phone. One you enter the code into both it will be in sync with the car.
