To turn off the air suspension on the Ram 1500 You can go the settings on the infotainment system and disable "aero mode". The air suspension different settings can be used but they are restricted by speed so once You reacH30 MPH the offroad mode and the others will disable and Your suspension will go back to the default. If You would like to disable this You would have to go into the fuse panel and pull the fuse. This is something that is not recommended and could potentially void Your warranty if there was any issues when in this mode. There will be an error code displayed on the screen but You can drive it like this with no issues. The Off-road mode makes the suspension stiffer so take note of this when driving the truck with this mode activated.
I have a ram with air suspension. Can the suspension be turned off in off road 1? I don't want the vehicle to lower or is there something to prevent that from happening?

If you lift the truck it will turn on air suspension. You will need to go into the menu setting and turn it off through there.

2016 RAM 1500 ECO Diesel. The Air Suspension does not function in our Arctic Conditions, -10° to °-50. The system shuts down and the Air bags collapse, sometimes only one or two collapse. Once the outside temperature warms above freezing the suspenion begins operating normally. Is there a procedure to stop this problem?

The dealership claims there is a leak and need at least 3 hours just to find the problem, this is after a diagnostic test. I have searched here but cannot find the answer. Can anyone help me.
