How to turn on a heated steering wheel in the ford escape?

Heated steering wheels are a fairly modern luxury, and they're really all they're cracked up to be. IMyseLFAm a huge fan of the feature, so it's nice that Ford made it so accessible on modern versions of the Escape. You'll navigate to "climate" on the touchscreen of Your head unit, and then "menu". You'll see a small steering wheel icon in the rightmost column; press this to engage or disengage the steering wheel heat. Alternatively, some older model years of the Escape include this as a physical button, right on the steering wheel itself. What You're looking for is an icon of a steering wheel with three squiggly lines in the upper right hand corner. If You don't see it either in the menu or on Your steering wheel itself, then chances are You're unfortunately not equipped.
