Acura vehicles are known for their luxury and quality of engineering; however, the 2009 TSX isn't without its faults. The good news is not a single one of the top reported issues for the '09 TSX is transmission related -- however, that doesn't mean that You're entirely in the clear. Just because there are no specific transmission related issues doesn't mean that You can neglect to check regular maintenance items. The most common transmission faults we see are either because people ran their transmission with low fluid or at a temperature that's too high. Monitor Your transmission temperature when You're able, and always sure that You're topping off Your fluid (if needed) and replacing it at regular intervals (~50,000 miles should be fine). An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

I have an issue with my Transmisson light now coming on along with every other possible lights and diungs. ABS Check Emissions syste, Check charging system. The list goes on. My car seems to have some wires lose and or crossed, that seems to happen to us all once we get some age on us. LOL anyways this is the first time my car will flash a green light next to the D while in part and ding tranmisson. I can put iot in Reverse and then drive it back forward and turn off the car but the key doesn't want to turn to off where the key will come out. I then have to put car in reverse again and then off and my key will then come out. I let it sit a couple of days and went to crank her and no lights or dings came on but the emissions light. My car is my baby i love my car shes almost at 300k miles. When we put a computer on it its saying check the solenoids. Can anyone please give me some advice? How hard is fixing the solenoids? Im not in the place where i can get a new car tho I have a truck but the gas is twice the bill that my car is, I thought for sure my car would get more than 280k miles. I appercaite your time and help in advance. Thanks Stacey
