One of the most common issues that have been reported is the accumulation of hot air which can be problematic for the owners. Another issue is weak airflow. This results in mold buildups, a damaged seal, hose, or the ventilator fan which will have to replaced immediately. Your air conditioner could be blowing cold air before it starts emitting hot air again. This is due to a blocked expansion valve, problems with the compressor clutch, or a blown fuse. Leaks are a major cause of concern as well. It can also become smelly due to dirt filled air filter or moldy evaporator case. These issues need to be addressed as promptly as possible.

The A/C in my 2012 Buick Lacrosse (3.6) just started blowing warm air and the the compressor clutch spins freely by hand but is not engaging while the car is running with the A/C on full blast and the Freon is in normal range! I would like to check the pressure switch but it is not the typical 2 wire switch you can jump to see if the clutch engages. So how do you check the A/C pressure switch on a 2012 Buick Lacrosse if it is a 3 wire, or it possible there is another problem?

The 2012 buick lacross air conditioning problems include a refrigerant leak, an electrical climate control issue, or a problem with the air conditioning compressor.
