The Main relay in a 2003 Honda Pilot is in the engine compartment fuse box. The ignition main is in slot 23, this is A50 AMP relay, and the battery relay is in slot 20, this is a 120 AMP relay. To get to the fuse You will first have to open the hood. Pull the hood release lever, which is located at the top of the drivers door threshold trim panel. When You hear the hood pop, go around to the front of the car and put Your fingers between the top of the grill and bottom of the hood and lift on the hood latch. Now raise the hood up, it has springs to aid in lifting and holding it up. Go to the passenger side of the car, near the firewall You will see the fuse box. Pull the tabs to remove the lid.

The "main relay assembly" (39400-S84-003) is under the driver dash along the steering colum. The 15A fuel pump fuse is in spot #1 next to drivers left foot.
