To reset the alarm for the 2007 Honda Odyssey, You will cycle the ignition key from the "Off" position to the "On" position twice in a row. After turning the ignition to the "On" position, the alarm will emit a chirping sound for the second time. This will reset the alarm, making it ready for reprogRamming (if needed). The alarm can have issues when You are changing the battery or You lose power to the vehicle which will put it into Valet mode and You won't be able to use it until it is fixed.. There could also be some other electrical problems if this does not help with the reset which may require a mechanic with the proper tools to diagnose the issue.

First try pressing the "panic" button on your remote if you have one, to reset a factory car alarm on a 2007 honda odyssey. If this does not do so, place your key in the unlock position in the driver's door, hold it for 2 seconds, then open the door.

Ramiro said it best. We bought a used 2007 Odyssey with NO key fob. But we're given a series of four keys. Our son who is five set off the alarm. We tried a lot of things that were suggested.. Nothing worked until we saw his post. His knowledge of putting the key in, in the unlock position for two seconds actually worked! Thank you Ramiro K! You are a life saver!

Hi, I just have only one key in my 2007 odyssey.the car has not been moved for last 4 months and the battery is completely drain, when i jump start the alarm keep going off. I tried unlocking usng the key fob it didnt help, the alarm keeps beeping I can take the key out and put in driver door as that will shut off the car again. The only way to get the car stop is switch off again. Is there any solution to start the car again without getting neighbours disturbed

This also works in the opposite. Our car battery had drained so we needed to jumpstart it. That set the alarm off. Take the manual out and discover where the horn/stop fuse is and take it out. ( it’s in the fuse box under the hood. Then you can run the jumpstart and the engine for as long as you want. Without noise. That doesn’t fix the alarm and the emergency lights going off, but at least the battery gets charged. The car is obviously open at this point so therefore the lock is already in an unlocked position. So what you do is you just lock it instead and hold the key in place for two seconds and then go back and unlock it for two seconds. Bingo. Fixed it

Siva, Did you find solution for your problem? I have exactly the same issue with my Honda Odyssey 2007."car has not been moved for last 4 months and the battery is completely drain, when i jump start the alarm keep going off." Alarm is going off as soon as I jump start Odyssey and could not be silenced until car shut down.
