On the 2011 Honda Pilot, You'll often be prompted to enter Your radio code after the battery has gone dead. Occasionally, You can get around this requirement for holding the power button for five seconds; it will sometimes restart, and no code entry is needed. However, the majority of the time, in order to proceed You'll need to find Your personalized code and enter it. Your Pilot's radio code will be a five digit number that You should be able to find either on a sticker in Your owner's manual, or on a sticker in the glove box itself. If it's not there, You can get Your code through any Honda dealer. Alternatively, You can find it Yourself with the lookup tool available at https://radio-navicode.Honda.com/ by entering a few pieces of information.
