Very good in the snow. Not very up to date with features. Very reliable when going on long trips. I have had it for almost 10 years and it still runs perfect. The inside is very comfortable and can fit 8 people which is good when friends are in town.

Excellent passenger features and great gas mileage.
My pilot is always very reliable and I am always able to take long road trips without any worry whatsoever. The seat warmers are an extremely nice feature, especially on those cold winter days, and they heat up rather quickly. I love that I can easily plug my phone into the aux cord to play my favorite songs for short or long trips. The handling and ride overall is smooth and the dash is quick to alert me when I need an oil change or a tire is getting low. What I really love about this car is the third row option to seat up to eight people, especially when family comes into town to visit and they want to see the sights in comfort. Even better is being able to lay down both the second and third row of seating so that I can easily transport furniture, lumber or other large items. On top of everything else, the gas mileage is ideal as I use my pilot almost daily to commute to work on the other side of town and only have to put gas in it about once a week. I would highly recommend the Honda pilot for anyone considering purchasing an SUV.

I love this car mostly but a few things could be changed.
My doors always lock when I exit I hate that. My seats are low for diving. I am short soni need the seat to be able to rise up higher. My seat belts do not adjust that is very annoying. I love how it drives in the snow and the radio is also horribly static.

Amazing 2011 Honda pilot ex-l!
I love my 2011 Honda pilot ex-l. It is perfect for my family and it is very reliable. I have had it for a little over a year so far and haven't had any problems with it. I wouldn't say it is the roomiest of them all but it is definitely big enough for a family I’d say! If you are looking into buying a 2011 Honda pilot ex-l I would say do it! So far I do not regret buying it and I actually was looking at the newer ones also and they look nice also!

The Honda pilot touring is a wonderful and reliable automobile especially for family with kids. It has a built in entertainment system and awesome Dolby surround speakers. If you want to simultaneously watch and listen to music it comes with Bluetooth headset for the kids and adults to enjoy.

Actually comfortable fits 7 people!
It is roomy without being oversized. The back seat has a lot of legroom and headroom. The third row is surprisingly roomy and comfortable, considering what it is. It is a well-designed vehicle. We have not had any major mechanical issues with this vehicle - only routine maintenance. The features are helpful without being too much and unnecessary. The vehicle actually comfortably fits 7 adults. The child locks were helpful with small children. The backup camera has proven helpful. The only issue that I have had has been the blind spots but that is easily overcome. I love the heated seats. I like the intermittent wipers.

My vehicle has seen many road trips and has provided great comfort to my family.
The size of my car makes me feel comfortable whenever I drive it. My car has been very reliable. I make sure to always have it maintenance whenever necessary and I feel like that is why it works well. The features are standard on this vehicle but service it is purpose. The pilot is a great family vehicle.
We have had very few problems with our pilot. It has plenty of room for our family of four and the extra storage space in the trunk is great for groceries! We do not use the extra row of seats, but it is nice to have as an option. Overall, it is a very reliable vehicle.

Great vehicle for families!
I love the amount of room the pilot offers, both for passengers and gear. It has been great for traveling with children and dogs. I like the shape of my 2011 Pilot much more than the newer models.
I love my Pilot! It has a tight and smooth drive. It is very comfortable to sit in and seats 8 fairly comfortably. The storage is ample. It is an older model, so the features are not as up to date as I would get in a newer model, but it suits my needs for now.

I love the blue pin lights that come on at night so I can see where I am reaching.
My pilot has all leather seats with 3rd row seating. Beautiful sunroof and really neat little blue pin lights in all the cubbies for night so I can see my stuff. It is high off the road. I’d like it to get better gas mileage but it is ok. It has lots of legroom and is very comfortable. I have had passenger cv joint repaired and it needs some other works; bushings, driver cv joint etc needs to be repaired. Great family vehicle!!

I absolutely love my Honda pilot! The pilot is our go to car for road trips, has so much room for all of our bags and the dogs even have plenty of room. Anytime we need to carpool the third row of seats comes in handy! Living in South Dakota this car handles so well in the snow! I can even haul a twin size bed without any problem. I would 100% suggest this car to anyone!

Space and comfort Honda pilot.
The Honda pilot rides very well. If taken care of properly it should last you a long time, past 150,000 miles. It is spacious enough to hold 5 passengers and convenient enough to hold 8. It is nice that you can put the back seats down and have a big amount of trunk space. That come in handy for moving to and from college.

It is relatively comfortable, but not perfect. Great for families with children as well as pets. The xtra foldable seat is fantastic. It is lasted for quite a long time. Our reliable and dependable Honda pilot.
Our Honda pilot has been a very reliable and comfortable vehicle. We live in the part of the us where the winters are frequently harsh and the car has always performed as needed. We've driven it approximately 800 miles on vacation as well as frequent 200 miles trips and our gas rate has been respectable. We bought it new and have had some normal maintenance done by a mechanic we know well but have had no major issues.

Safest and most affordable SUV on the road!
I love my Honda. The comfort for a family of 7 is great. I feel safe on the roads and in any weather condition thanks to the 4 wheel drive and traction assistance. When going uphill in snow or loose gravel- the traction assistance stabilizes the wheels and allows smooth and easy progress. There are plenty of cup holders, plenty of charging areas for electronics, and overall is built for a family. I believe it is one of the most affordable and safest SUVs on the road.

Love the smoothness of the car ride and that it is a v6.
In my personal opinion Honda pilots are amazing for a family care and the amount of space it has. My daughter loves the DVD player it has which is great for myself as well have her entertained well I am driving. Our 2011 Honda pilot is the most reliable and hard working member of our family. It has great handling in all sorts of conditions, lots of power, and all wheel drive under 18 mph. I really like the glove box and the storage above it.
This is my 2nd Honda pilot. I loved my 1st Honda pilot it was 2006 and I drove it to 200, 000 plus miles on it when I traded it in for this one. The inside on the 2011 Honda pilot is so much nicer. It drives good but I must say the get up on it is not as good as the one in 2006 I could press on the gas in my old pilot and it would go. The 2011 I think because it is such a bigger vehicle or seems to be it takes much longer to accelerate to a speed. I feel like the seating in my 2006 was much more comfortable. They were both leather my 2011 pilot is comfortable but just because I have had a 2006 I know those seats seem to be more comfortable and not so stiff. I do love my 2011 better over all. I love the way that it looks! I love the DVD player! If I could make a suggestion I wish that I could listen to music in the front while my kids could listen to the DVD in the back. I love the navigation! I love the camera! I love the space!

Cheap interior materials used
We bought this car brand new off of the lot. It seemed as soon as the warranty expired it started falling apart. It randomly will make a strange rattling noise that starts as soon as the vehicle is turned on. It eventually stops after about 2 minutes or so. It eventually disappears and won't happen for weeks and then returns. We cannot figure out what causes this noise. The interior is cheap. After about 5 years the center console leather started to peel and tear as well as the front and passenger seats. It is embarrassing.

I love my Honda pilot! The third row makes it so my kids have plenty of room to spread out, and it can be put down to create a large space in the back. It is reliable and gets fairly good gas mileage for a larger vehicle. We have found the entertainment system to be useful during long car rides.

My truck is very reliable as long as you change the oil regularly. Which I do. Love the seat warmers. It has plenty of room for either cargo or people. It has a very comfortable ride for long trips. I highly recommend. It is a big truck so the gas mileage is not as good as I would like.

Standout reliable family SUV.
The Honda pilot has been a great car as long as I have had it. The seats are comfortable and the middle row is wide enough to fit two car seats with room for someone to sit. It is also one of the few vehicles to have the latch system in every middle row seat. The third is roomy compared to other SUVs in the same category. It is offer a smooth ride even on bumpy roads. Gas mileage is comparable to others in its class. For a family of six it is been a great choice.

Reliable but not enjoyable.
It is reliable but has a lot of quirks that I do not like for example it frequently gets out of alignment so shakes when braking. Little things seem to fall apart over time, locks squeak, handle to put back seats down broke... Does not seem high quality. It gets me from point A to B but I do not enjoy driving it.

I have owned several Hondas, and have always been happy with them. I love the Pilot for what it is- a big SUV. I prefer an accord but bought the Pilot because I needed more room for my kids, carpools, etc. I love that the seats fold down.

It has a DVD system so the whole family watches the same movie. It has lots of room in back and a full pull up third row that seats 3 not 2 like the newer models. The 3rd row is nice bonus especially for a mom of 3 instead of a minivan.
I love that it sits up higher, has great turn radius and is easy to maneuver being a larger vehicle. My steering radius is nice and turns very easy with little to no effort. The back set allows leg room for larger adults. I also like the fact that I have a 3rd row that can be used when needed.

The Honda pilot and has a 3. 5 l engine. The highlight is the beauty of it.
We bought this vehicle so we would have enough room at the time for our service dog. I like the space we had in the car I didn't feel cramped. I never had cruise control and shows the oil usage as well. There is a lot of room in the car and very comfortable on long drives. I am very pleased with all the features. It has 4 wheel drive. Also stylish and a lot of legroom for the passenger. It has 6 cylinder and power windows, power steering, power brakes, power seats, power door locks and tilt wheel and air conditioning along with am and FM radio and CD player as well.

Pilot is a great family car.
We love the pilot because of the size, reliability and that we rarely have problems with it. We even fit three small kids in the backseat and are able to still pack the trunk heavily for family trips. Gas mileage is also reasonable for such a large SUV.

Hondas are reliable, the pilot had what we needed for our family.
Honda, in general, is a very reliable brand,. We've never had any major issues with it; just oil changes and tires. It is very roomy and easy to add the 3rd row seat if needed. It is comfortable and easy to drive and operate the technology. The touring features were good and, for the price of adding features to the lower end models, we got all of them in the touring model.

I like how the suv gets the family to and from safely, but it doesn't have enough storage. I like how there is a 3rd row but it is a little tight. The vehicle for an SUV is pretty good on gas but just wish it was bigger.

2011 Honda with very high miles but drives like a new one.
My only complaint is the timing belt change out. Other than that I have 250k miles and runs great. Interior leather trim very comfortable. Handling like a sports car. Being an SUV is great for driving off roads. 3rd row seating is handy when needed. Stereo is wonderful sound.

I had leather seats added because I think it works well with kids. It is fits up to 8 but does not feel like a huge vehicle. Very easy to drive and spacious. It has 142, 000 miles and I haven't had an issue. I get regular oil changes. I like all the room I have for being an on the go mom.

Comfort and fuel efficient.
It is a very comfortable vehicle. I have not had any major mechanical issues. Just minor upkeep. The kids love it on road trips its very spacious. Has plug sockets on all three rolls so that keeps all of our electronic devices ready. Very fuel efficient. We have driven cross country and out of country and have been completely surprised at how low we've had to pay on fuel. I has a back in camera which comes in very handy at night when you are not in a well lit area. Also Bluetooth capability which helps you safely answer calls while driving. Bluetooth also keeps you entertained during road trips. Another feature we like is that it stores CDs in the memory.

Has been a very reliable car. Routine maintenance is affordable and can be done at home. Fuel mileage is excellent on the highway (22-24 mpg). It is a mid size SUV but there is a lot of room inside, with optional 3rd row seating. Recent issues with cv joints are the only major maintenance issues to speak of. Dash can be very bright and can sometimes create a glare when driving at night.

This car is very reliable and safe. It was the car I learned to drive on and still drive since getting my license and I have had very little trouble. All it needs to stay in tip top shape is the regular maintenance. There is a ton of room and it can fit eight people kind of of squeezed and still have a decent amount of room in the trunk. My only complaint would be the age of the navigation system and the limited capacity of the Bluetooth functions, but for almost 10 years old the excellent condition of the engine makes the old technology less of a big deal.

Has a smooth ride, heated seats, a DVD player with headphones great for the kids. Seats 8, handles well in snow, not the best on gas. I have had very few issues with maintenance, normal wear and tear repairs. Unfortunately a lot of recalls on the airbags.

There is not anything really. It is a great car period.
It is a great family car it gets you to where ever you need to be. Great on gas. Low maintenance. Has get up and go. Has a rearview camera. Electric seat heaters, ac vents throughout the car. Great price. Just all around good family car. Three rows of seats.

Second Honda Pilot purchase, love the space inside for everyone.
This is my second Honda, Pilot. I love that its roomy for the family. The Honda Pilot has, a lot of legroom for my growing teenagers. Glad, it has enough cup holders, for us. I really enjoy the seat warmers, during the winter months. My husband is tall, he has enough leg room to sit comfortably on the driver side.

Capable of carrying many people, durable and safe.
Not only is this vehicle safe and reliable, I don't mind driving at night. Heated seats and seats 8 people wouldn't choose any other vehicle. Great on gas, traveling long distance and able to carry hitch bike rack and pull small trailers. The perfect car for family, friends and an active family.

Best all around SUV- great for families, work commute and travel!
I absolutely love my Honda pilot. It is reliable, fun to drive and safe for my kids. The third row is full size so adults can sit comfortably and I can get the car seats back there too! I have heated driver and passenger seats, satellite radio and a sunroof which I love. There are plenty of cup holders and tons of storage space. The second row seats move easily and it is simple to install car seats. I was debating between this and a minivan and do not regret my decision. I am short and do not like sitting low to the ground. In the pilot I sit up tall and can see really well, no blind spots. I also have a rear camera which I like. This is my absolute favorite vehicle. I have not had any maintenance issues.

2011 Honda pilot review- great car.
No problems nice car with lots of space. Would like to have a larger screen with better cameras. Very reliable car haven't had any major problems in the few years I have owned it. Would also love it if seats had an electric option instead of manual. Nice car.

Great SUV that sits up to 8 people.
Honda is a very reliable car. It has three rows of seats. It was a great choice for an SUV with the capability of sitting 8 people. It is very comfortable. The third row is very tight sitting for long trips. It is equipped with a TV and DVD player along with a back up camera.

Honda pilot perfect for family
We love the 2011 Honda Pilot so much. It is packed with features and is so perfect for a family while still being sleek and attractive. We can fit both kids and everything we need into it and we are still comfortable. The heating and cooling are great. The only big negative is that it uses a ton of gas, but that is obvious with any SUV.

I personally love this car. It has a lot of room and you can put the seats down. It drives really nicely and does pretty good on gas. It has a lot of outlets for you to charge your phone or other devices. It is a very reliable car to get you around and on long drives. The sound system is also really good.

Overall a good vehicle if you need extra seats. Pretty roomy
Love the extra seating, holds 8. But that also leaves no space for anything extra in the back. Not the greatest on gas but no suv is. Paint has not held up as well is it did on my other cars

Love our Honda pilot! 120,000 miles, going strong.
The Honda pilot is great. We have the regular maintenance done, which is expensive, but 120,000 in it still dependable. Because their cars last forever, I wish Honda would make the inside pieces last as well. The back-up camera seems less clear and the console has started to peel. That said, we love it and expect to have it for many more years.

Extremely reliable vehicle.
We purchased this vehicle for the amount of space and it never disappoints in that regard. It has been very reliable with just regular maintenance. There seems to be a lot of wind noise when driving on the highway. There is also a bad blind spot on this model. This is my third Honda vehicle and I plan I keep if this car for a few more years.

Great car for families with many kids.
My pilot has been extremely reliable and the space has accommodated my large family very well. The only major repairs I have experienced have been to replace the alternator and a belt. Only thing I do not like is that it is not as nimble as other cars in its class and the pickup speed is somewhat slow.

2011 Honda pilot a great daily and long trip family car.
The 2011 Honda pilot has been super reliable for me. It can fit up to eight people and yet it is smaller than a Tahoe or like any traditional SUV. I have driven from Arizona to California and have done many long hour drives with this car and it never seemed to struggle with any problems. It has great handling. Only problem I have ever had was the key itself. It is key has fallen apart on me twice as if they’re cheaply made. It is good on gas the farthest I have ever driven on a highway was 2 and a half hours without stopping going uphill and downhill many times at 75 mph and I would still have about a quarter tank of gas left. I would recommend the car for long trips and as a daily.

My Honda pilot is very reliable. I have had no problems with this vehicle. I love to drive it in style end it was so great and how many people can be seated comfortably in here. It drives nice and smooth. I think it will last many more miles. I already have a lot of miles on it.

Many people do not realize, but this vehicle seats 8 people
I have not experienced any problems whatsoever! This vehicle has been an absolute dream from myself and my family. We couldn't be more pleased. It has a DVD player that is great for anyone riding in the back. There are three rows of seats which fits 8 guests. Super smooth and safe ride.

My Honda has been reliable. The size and third row seating is great if you have kids.
I love the look of my pilot, as they are now made differently. Other than normal upkeep, my pilot has been fabulous with minimal issues. I love the space and third row seating and I enjoy sitting high.

I would love for my 2011 Honda Pilot go a little bit faster when I hit the gas pedal and most recently my auxiliary feature goes in and out and it is completely gone!

Very reliable and good car.
I really enjoy driving this car. It is great for grocery shopping! You can put both the third and second row down for extra space. It is great for traveling. It can seat up to eight people or lots of luggage!! It is a very comfortable car to drive and to be a passenger in. It is very reliable. It has never broken down.

It's a Reliable family vehicle
I've had my vehicle for about 18 months now and have no problems with it. It runs great and handles the upstate NY weather without blinking an eye. It has enough space for my family of 3 to go camping without needing to tow a trailer or use a clam shell

I absolutely love my Honda Pilot, it's roomy, drives well and has held up to several years of hauling kids from practice, school and events. I have no complaints.
It's an SUV but it gets better gas mileage than the van I had previously. I LOVE it!
