The battery type used on the 2015 Honda CR-V is CR2032. If You want to know the battery type because the one in Your key fob is dead, I can help guide You. What You're going to want to do first is, push on the switch on the back of the fob. Pull the end of the fob to reveal the metal key inside. Push down on the ridges towards the sides with either Your key or a screwdriver. The key fob should now be open. Go ahead and replace the old battery with the new one and You should be good to go.
