Depending on Your 2016 Ford Edge's configuration, Your battery may be from either group size H6 or group size T5. These batteries will typically run You from $120 to upwards of $300 for a high quality premium model with plenty of cold cranking amps (CCA). Especially if You live in a cold climate, it's recommended that You shell out a bit more for a quality battery to avoid Your Edge failing to start. In my personal opinion, I'd go with a battery with a MINImum of 650 CCA, living in the northeast United States. You may be able to get away with around 600 if You live somewhere that it doesn't get too cold, but just know that You're paying for reliability; it's often a worthwhile investment to ensure that You're not going to have cold weather battery issues, or at least not as many of them.
