The 2012 Toyota Tundra CrewMax is offered in both the SR5 and Limited trim packages. If You've opted for the Limited, Your truck will be fitted with P275/65R18 tires. Otherwise, You'll sit on P255/70R18. Both tires sit on rims that measure 18 inches in diameter by 8 inches in width. More specifically, they measure 8J X18 ET60. Universally, the 2012 Toyota Tundra has a bolt pattern of 5x150 with a 110.1mm center bore. The "5" in the bolt pattern indicates that each wheel is secured with five wheel fasteners -- in the '12 Tundra's case, lug nuts. Each has thread measuring M14 X1.5, and should be torqued to the manufacturer's spec, which is 131 Nm (96.6 lb-ft).
