‹The 2015 Ford Escape 2.0 EcoBoost oil type is synthetic motor oil 5w-20. It is recommended to change Your oil every 7,500 miles or 1 year, whichever comes first. You can extend Your engine life, get better gas mileage, and have better performance if You change Your oil regularly. Routine oil and filter changes help remove particles and sludge from the engine. If the oil isn't changed, Your vehicle's engine will start to have a lot of problems.Over time the oil will become thinner, abrasive, and will start to wear down on vital engine parts. Synthetic oil is by far better for performance. It protects the engine due to lower levels of friction.

It is 5W-30. It’s printed right on the filler cap.
