The 2004 Honda CR-V does not have an auxiliary port. Honda did not begin installing them as a standard feature until a few years later. There are aftermarket ports available that allow You to wire it to the factory installed stereo system. These kits include the wiring harness and the port. You will have to remove the stereo from its spot in order to access the wiring from behind. You also have to remove some of the trim panels on the center console or on the dash depending on where You place it. You will then need to drill a hole large enough for the adapter to fit through.
The 2004 honda cr-v aux input is located in the center console.
