The 2004 Lexus RX330 useS6x9" speakers in the front doors. This is a very common size and You should be able to find replacement speakers that will fit Your SUV without having to use adapter plates. If You do want to use a different size speaker like A6.5" component system then there are adapters on the market that can allow them to fit into Your door. Upgrading the stereo in Your SUV is a great way to get better sound quality. If You want even more fidelity from Your Audio I recommend adding an amplifier to the speakers, and even changing out the head unit. This will give You greater control over the Audio to make it sound even better.
