From time to time, You may have issues with the turn signals on the 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt, which could prompt You to look for the turn signal relay. Unfortunately, there is none; You might find a "PRK LAMP" fuse, which is a 10A that controls Your turn signal lamps (as well as the tail lights and brake lights), or a "PARK LPS" fuse (a 15A that controls the same on different configurations). If Your turn signals are failing to work, the most common cause is a burnt bulb or faulty wiring. Since the body control module (BCM) controls the function of the turn signals, there's no isolated fuse that You can replace if only a single turn signal isn't working.

The turn signal relay, otherwise known as the flasher, is located in the dashboard underneath the steering column of the 2006 Chevy cobalt.
