Contrary to what another user here is reporting, You won't find the 2006 Chrysler 300's alternator fuse in the engine compartment fuse panel's #4 slot -- that one would belong to the horn. Instead, You'll be looking for the starter fuse -- this is what the alternator also runs off of in this model year. You should look to the 5A fuse in the engine compartment in position #10, as well as the 20A fuse in position #20. It's unlikely that the fuse has gone bad if You're not having starter issues as well. If You can narrow down the issue to the alternator, Your problem is not likely caused by a blown fuse -- unfortunately, Your troubles will likely necessitate replacement of the alternator pulley or the alternator itself.

The alternator fuse for a 2006 chrysler 300 is located in the engine compartment fuse box, on the passenger side of the engine, in the #4 cavity.

I have the factory service manual, and an alternator output fuse isn't even mentioned. Everything else is, but not that.
