If You're looking for the cabin air filter on Your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500, then I've got some news for You. Your Dodge Ram 2500 does not come equipped with a cabin air filter. But fret not, You actually have a plastic mesh that prevents pollutants and foreign particles from entering Your HVAC system. This plastic mesh is non serviceable which means You don't have to spend extra on an air filter. You will have a fresh, clean cabin area all year round without spending anything extra like You would if You have a replaceable air filter.

I’ve asked the dealership and serveral mechanics and all had told me that this truck does not have a filter. I’ve replaced two evaporators because they get so d***y from dirt. I try to keep the truck clean but they still get stopped up.

No cabin filter? Just a "non-servicable plastic mesh that prevents pollutants and foreign particles from entering Your HVAC system",... AKA A FILTER! What do you do when the non-servicable plastic mesh gets d***y or clogged? If this is true, just another c**p idea like the TIPM (totally integrated power module) that has failed hundreds of thousands of times at $1500 a pop - google it. God forbid anyone drive farm or rangeland or a dirt road.
