To locate the turn signal relay on the 2006 Ram 1500, You'll need to look under the dash, near the steering column. Unfortunately, it's not located with many of Your relays inside a fuse panel; that would make it too easy! You'll find it inline with a bunch of wiring for the signals. Once You have access to the bottom of Your 1500's steering wheel, You'll see a square piece of trim panel that's held in place with a Philips screw; this is Your "knee-blocker" panel. Once You remove the screw and have access, You should see three more screws. Remove these, and You'll then find a small cluster of relays. If it has never been replaced, You'll find that it's the only white relay in the cluster. If it has, it may be black. If it needs to be replaced, they can be found quite inexpensively through many major automotive parts retailers.
