The blower motor relay, or resistor, on a 2011 Nissan Rogue is located to the right of the accelerator paddle up against the firewall. When replacing it, although not necessary to remove, it will be a lot easier with the accelerator and brake pedals removed. First thing You'll need to do is remove the lower kick panel below the steering wheel. There is one screw that holds it in and then several clips. Once this is done on both the pedals and set them out of Your way if You look just to the right of the gas pedal You will see the electrical connector going to the resistor. Unplug it and then remove the two screws one on top and the one on the bottom.

The blower relay is located in the fuse box to the left of the steering wheel. It's the upper right bigger square once you remove the cover on the fuse panel.
