The lug nuts on a 2013 Dodge Dart have a 19-millimeter hex head size. Make sure when You are shopping for replacement lug nuts that You buy ones with M12 X1.25 threads. The dart has A5 by 110-millimeter wheel bolt pattern, this means each wheel has five lug nuts. When installing the new lug nuts, make sure the tapered end is pointing in towards the rim. Improperly installed lug nuts can break the wheel and could cause it to fall off the vehicle. It is best to hand tighten the bolts as much as You can at first and then tighten them in a crisscross pattern until snug and then finish off with a torque wrench and tighten them down to 95 foot pounds.

Stock 2013 1.4L Turbo Dart has 19 MM head M12X1.25 lug BOLTS. Which the cone can only be install toward the wheel. However if someone installed aftermaket wheels they may have installed M12 lug studs into the wheel hub. And in that case the previous answer is absolutely correct. Also either lugs or nuts the tightening procedure is the same as in the previous answer. And torqued from 85 to115 foot (ft) pound (pd). I have alloy wheels with steel lug bolts, I torque to 100~105 ft pd.

The 2013 Dodge Dart has stock M12 x 1.25 lug BOLTS not nuts. So they can only be installed cone into the wheel. But if there are after market wheels installed and they installed lug studs into the wheel hubs, lug nuts are required and previous answer is correct.
